Will it hurt them, or get ink on the fur?
No ink, no wet pad on the coat. A clean-touch film holds the print — you press once, the paw goes back down, and there is nothing to wash off afterwards.
What if the print comes out light?
Do a second press on the spare card — the first one is often light because they pull back. If both come out faint, send us a photo and we replace the pad.
Does it work on cats?
Yes, same pad — just do it when they're sleepy, and have a spare ready. Cats pull back faster than dogs.

Can I send it back?
